Back in 2009, John Schmidt & Ryan Riegel were freshmen students at the University at Buffalo who were passionate about automobile detailing. In February of that year, they opened their first location at in a 50’ garage behind the legendary Buggy Wash on Transit Road in East Amherst working whenever possible.

One thing led to another, and before finishing senior year of college they had developed a loyal customer base, and suddenly realized: Either they needed to pursue their degrees or let the business go.

They kept the business.

John & Ryan have always been disruptors in the automobile detailing industry by introducing state of the art tools and car washing techniques to efficiently get the job done. But the innovation does not stop there, both have surrounded themselves with industry innovators to be a part of the next generation of detailing. Both hold internationally recognized certifications and titles for the skill set each possess.

Fast forward five years and the automobile detailing business has tremendously evolved. In addition to cleaning, the market’s demand for protection has increased. Ceramic Coatings and Paint Protection Film are now the industries best way to care for and protect automobile finishes. Buffalo Car Care has quickly become the regions prime installer of XPEL PPF and Ceramic Coatings.

Buffalo Car Care has opened a state of the art 8,000 sq./ft. facility that continues to focus on detailing & protection. BCC is now located in the heart of dealership alley on Main Street in Williamsville. They have also started expanding into the dealership sector by opening up many detail shops inside of local dealer groups. For this expansion, they have brought on Brandon McCabe to lead operations onsite and grow to over 25 locations across New York Stae.

Today BCC is synonymous for unrivaled customer experience, highest quality installs and constant connection to the WNY community in for their charitable donations.
